30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Starting a return
Before sending anything back, email cfc2020london@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable return-shipping arrangements. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include photos or video so we can assess the issue.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
