12-month limited warranty
Expressify products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
What is covered
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Expressify may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy.
What is not covered
- Accidental or physical damage
- Misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modification or repair
- Water or moisture damage beyond the product's stated protection rating
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or normal battery-capacity reduction
- Damage caused by use contrary to the supplied instructions
Making a claim
Email cfc2020london@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request additional troubleshooting information before approving a remedy.
This limited warranty does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
